(Ethan Hawke) is an agent who works for a secret organization that seeks to capture criminals and before they commit the crime, after years of work he faces his last mission before retiring, capture the only criminal he could never hold, known as fool terrorist. The agent then returns to 1970 to prevent the terrorist commits an attack that would leave more than 11 thousand dead in New York in March 1975.
