Billy Elliot

Billy Elliot (Jamie Bell) is a 11 year old boy who lives in a small town in England, where the main means of support are the mines of the city. Thanks for the father to train boxing, Billy becomes fascinated with ballet magic, which has contact through classical dance classes that are held in the same gym where practices boxing. Encouraged by the ballet teacher (Julie Walters) who sees in Billy a natural talent for dancing, so he decides to hang up his boxing gloves and devote body and soul to dance, even having to face the opposition of his brother and his father to his new activity.
